These terms apply when you use Mr Slap or buy a digital product from the marketplace. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the product description shown at checkout.

Digital products

Products are supplied digitally unless a product page clearly says otherwise. Please check the description, compatibility and included files before purchasing.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or another legal or technical reason that prevents fulfilment.

Licence and permitted use

Unless a product states a different licence, your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the downloaded product for its intended purpose. You must not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or make the original downloadable files available to others.

Access and compatibility

We aim to make purchased files available promptly after successful checkout. You are responsible for checking that your device, software or website meets any requirements stated on the product page and for keeping your own backup of downloaded files.

Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use purchased products in an unlawful way.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will normally apply to that purchase.
