Refund Policy

Mr Slap sells digital downloads. Because digital products can be supplied immediately, refund and cancellation rules can differ from those for physical goods.

If there is a problem with your download

Please contact us if a purchased file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed because of a problem on our side. We will first try to provide a working replacement or correct the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a refund.

Change of mind

For UK consumers, cancellation rights for digital content may end once supply/download begins where the customer has expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that the cancellation right will be lost. Where that legal requirement has not been met, your statutory cancellation rights may still apply.

What is normally not refundable

Subject to your statutory rights, we do not normally offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after a digital product has been supplied, you no longer need it, or you did not check clearly stated compatibility or product requirements before purchase.

Use our Contact page and include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
